Behold truth, behold liberty in sacrifice
And in bleeding all that is, all that was and all that will be
You cannot deny the allure of the sides
Where it drops to reach the bottom quickly
Why should the suffering toil longer?
And the anguished be forced to drink the cup of vitam?
They shall be martyrs
They who take up valiance
In lighting your own stakes
In breaking your own lungs
Leap from edge, plunge into blade
Sanctified are ye from the rest
They shall be martyrs
Holy saints we follow
We pray unto and revere

Ἡ εἰκών was an impressive debut, but way too short! Luckily, Ψευδομένη arrives to satisfy the urge for more of what made its precedessor hit hard and fast: some atmospheric moments (don't be deterred as this is still brutal, dissonant and disgusting to the core) and at the same time, J.L. is exploring longer tracks - e.g. my personal favourite - and implementing some cavernous lows. If there's one thing we can all agree on, it's most likely that this man refuses to stand still. What a pace! David Fischer

Overwhelming dread giving way to endless beauty. Whenever I listen to this EP I feel as if I am experiencing a taste of eternity. Absolutely sublime. poeta_regius

I have had the vinyl on repeat ever since I got it. The ending of Tartarus in particular is always breathtakingly beautiful. This entire album feels like an epic poem. poeta_regius

What a BEAST of an album. When it comes to blending black metal and mathcore, these guys and Hoplites are the clear leaders of the pack. This album is sheer annihilation of everything in it's path. Pure chaos and destruction. And it is beautiful. Ryan
